On 17 January, Federal Minister Gabriel invited a number of international experts to Berlin for a symposium entitled “Modernising Germany – Innovation Agenda #de2025”. Ten pioneering experts from the fields of science, business and politics answered his call and discussed with the Minister how Germany can keep moving forward over the next ten years and beyond.

As part of its G20 Presidency, Germany will therefore be holding what will be the first ever meeting of the G20 Digital Ministers, taking place in Düsseldorf from 6-7 April, entitled ‘Digitalisation: Policies for a Digital Future’.
